Pressure cooked meals
I would just like to say,
That pressure cooked meals always taste the best.
Im in the pressure cooker at the moment and I think I'm about 4 hours done. Not long now?! I'm hoping I'm scrumptious.
But O Lord, your will, not mine.
(FYI I made this. For my housemates. Salmon, asparagus, mushroom, zucchini pie. Because I'm like that now.)
(Now, I don't think I'd give anything to be a 35 minute cooked pie. Ask me a month. 5 days ago even - I'd say contrary. But no, now, I want to offer my guests fragrants and textures and tastes that can only be cultivated in a long, slow processer.)
