This quote was provided by a mother whose children I work for.  I've never seen so much progress and resilience in one person- and she had the best outcome possible. It's stories like hers that make me believe people can change and children CAN have different outcomes. It's also helped me realise that it's those who hit complete rock bottom that are the most humble, wise and often humorous people around.
